Basic functional requirements1、Facilitate operators to go up and down the platform and perform related tasks on the platform. 2、The top platform provides working conditions for the inspection and maintenance of roof equipment such as air conditioning. 3、The intermediate platform provides working conditions for the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of side lighting fixtures, doors and windows of the vehicle. 4、Provide safety protection for workers to prevent them from falling. 5、The equipment must meet the vehicle clearance requirements of this line. Through finite element stress analysis and calculation, ensure that all components of the steel platform have sufficient strength assurance in dangerous stress states (MAX load state). Main structural components of the equipment1、Column: The platform column adopts a single column column structure and a double column column structure according to the width of the platform, and takes root on the ground. As shown in the figure. The column is welded with H-shaped steel and connected to the ground with anchor bolts. After secondary grouting on the ground, the bolt heads on the ground are covered, making it aesthetically pleasing and tidy. 2、Platform: The platform adopts a modular structure of 6m or 9m each, which is easy to lift and transport. The longitudinal edge beams are made of H-shaped steel, with supporting crossbeams between them. The crossbeams are made of profile channel steel or angle steel, with a spacing of less than 800mm. The platform panel is welded with 4 or 5mm patterned steel plates at the bottom to ensure the strength of the workbench. 3、Railing: Safety guardrails are installed on both sides of the top of the platform, with a height of 1100mm. The safety protection fence is composed of columns, handrails, crossbars, baffles, etc. The handrails are made of steel pipes, the columns are made of rectangular steel pipes, the middle crossbar is made of steel pipes, and the baffles are made of 80X6 flat steel. The middle operation platform corresponds to the position of the car door opening, and the roof operation platform corresponds to the position of the car air conditioning opening, both with a width of 800mm; The door of the middle operation platform adopts a double-sided sliding rail sliding door. 4、Diagonal ladder: The platform steps at an angle of 45 °, using channel steel as the ladder beam. The ladder steps are formed by bending 5mm thick anti slip patterned steel plates, the handrails are made of steel pipes, and the columns are made of rectangular steel pipes with a spacing of 1000mm. A horizontal bar is installed in the middle, and the horizontal bar is made of steel pipes. The height difference of each step of the ladder is 200mm, and the width of the step pedal is 700mm. All steel inclined ladders are connected by welding, and the welding requirements comply with GBJ205 "Code for Acceptance of Steel Structure Construction". Safety doors are installed on the pedestrian escalators at both ends of the three-layer work platform, which are used in conjunction with the five proof locks.
