HFD 、HFDT、HFDJ type single pole combined trolley wire
The single-pole combined sliding contact line wire is a trolley wire composed of a single conductive rail according to the needs of the work situation, using brackets, assembly arms, suspension clamps, connection boxes, current collectors, forks and other components. The length of a single sliding contact line line is 6 meters. The sliding contact line is connected by a connection box, and each connection box can be used as an inlet for the power cord.
HFD type aluminum alloy unipolar sliding contact line, the conductive rail is LD31 aluminum profile, the conductive groove is pressed into the IG18Ni9 stainless steel to resist wear, and the sheath (shell) is made of PVC engineering plastics by hot extrusion.
HFDT type copper unipolar sliding contact line wire, the conductive rail is T2 conductive copper, and the sheath (shell) is made of PVC engineering plastics by hot extrusion
HFDJ type high temperature resistant unipolar sliding contact line wire is a sheath (shell) of HFD type sliding contact line wire plus a sheath of aluminum alloy profile, equipped with corresponding high temperature resistant connection box and suspension clamp. It is mainly used in high temperature and air corrosive working occasions.
There are two kinds of bracket materials: angle steel and flat steel, which can be selected according to the sliding contact wires of different models and specifications.
The HFD type aluminum alloy unipolar trolley wire has a wide application range, fast crane transport speed, low manufacturing cost, and the collector installation form is an external pressure type, which is convenient for replacement and maintenance.

When the length of the trolley wire is greater than 200 meters and the cutting temperature difference is large, an expansion section is configured to prevent the deformation of the trolley wire due to thermal expansion.
There are two or more equipments running on the same trolley line. In order to check and repair the equipment without power failure on the entire trolley line, an overhaul section can be installed at an appropriate position on the trolley line.
