HFP type conduit type multi-pole sliding contact line wire is used for power transmission device of ordinary mobile equipment with low working current and low flat rate. The outer shell of the sliding contact line is made of PVC engineering plastics, and the inner cavity slot is filled with a copper strip of T2 conductive copper controlled by a special equipment as the power transmission bus. The number of commonly used conductive electrodes is four poles, and mobile devices with signal control devices need to increase the number of poles, and more can be provided to sixteen poles. The four-pole sliding contact line can be processed into an arc-shaped sliding contact line with a radius greater than 1.2 meters. HFP type four-pole sliding contact line is generally used for single-beam cranes within 10 tons of ordinary workshops. The collectors are embedded in the form of installation, which is difficult to replace and maintain. Therefore, the type selection of the trolley wire with a current of more than 130A for vehicles with more than 10 tons of traffic, if the installation control permits, it is recommended to use the HFD type unipolar aluminum alloy trolley wire. The position of the neutral line of the conduit shell is color-coded for identification during installation.
